Our extensive CNC milling and CNC turning departments are composed of a group of skilled individuals with precision machining experience in a variety of manufacturing settings. Their combined skills, knowledge and abilities along with the organizational structure form a balanced environment where fresh ideas flourish, employees continue to develop and proven past practices are utilized to their full potential.

Additionally, machining services are performed on Advanced Industries’ state of the art CNC metalworking equipment. Our lathe department has advanced well beyond the traditional 2 axis CNC lathe. Multi-axis / multi-spindle CNC lathes are used in turning both ends of a production product complete by automatically and precisely transferring the product from one spindle to another for final machining. These lathes also function as highly precise indexers for CNC milling and precision deburring. By allowing the machine to manipulate and transfer the production pieces, products are generated complete in a single machining process with unparalleled precision and consistency.

Our CNC mill department is also well equipped with advanced CNC milling centers. High speed precision Mori Seiki® vertical milling centers with 2.6 second chip-to-chip tool changes and 1,653 inches per minute feed capabilities perform outstanding on the toughest jobs. These machines are complimented with 1,000 psi high pressure coolant and KoolBlast coolant thru tool holders – Advanced Industries’ patented coolant delivery system. Efficient programs are generated quickly using GibbsCam® CAD/CAM software which also allows for solid model importing of part specifications.

Advanced Industries is a full service machine shop and metal fabrication shop with many in-house secondary capabilities to support its core CNC machining services.
